From human rights to a dominant discourse and a sensitive issue among philosophers and legal and political experts, it was discussed from different angles. The fact is that in the drafting and approval of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, unfortunately, its religious and doctrinal aspects were not addressed. Thus, with the domination of liberal and secular thinking, the declaration became non-religious and non-religious. On the other hand, Muslim countries, which at that time were predominantly colonial, were not involved in the process of drafting and ratifying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Thus, since 1948, when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted, it has been severely criticized and opposed by religious scholars and the intellectual and political elites of Islamic societies. The present article, written in a descriptive and analytical manner, deals with the views of Allameh Mohammad Taghi Jafari on Islamic human rights and compares it with the human rights of the West.}, keywords = {Mohammad Taghi Jafari,Human rights,Islamic human rights,Western Human Rights}, title_fa = {حقوق جهانی بشر در اسلام و مقایسه و تطبیق آن با حقوق بشر غرب از دیدگاه علامه جعفری}, abstract_fa = {هر چند سرچشمه و سوابق اندیشه حقوق جهانی بشر را باید در آموزه های ادیان توحیدی و افکار فلاسفه طرفدار حقوق طبیعی از جمله فیلسوفان رواقی جستجو نمود، اما در قرن بیستم بود که به دنبال تصویب اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر در سازمان ملل(1948)، بحث از حقوق بشر به گفتمانی مسلط و موضوعی حساس در نزد فلاسفه و صاحبنظران حقوقی و سیاسی تبدیل شد و از زوایای مختلف مورد بحث قرار گرفت. واقعیت این است که در تدوین و تصویب اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، متاسفانه به جنبه های دینی و اعتقادی آن پرداخته نشد. بنابراین با سیطره تفکر لیبرال و سکولار اعلامیه مذکور جنبه ناسوتی و غیر مذهبی پیدا کرد. از طرف دیگر، کشورهای مسلمان که در آن مقطع تاریخی عمدتا در شرایط استعماری به سر می بردند در فرایند وضع و تصویب اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر دخالت داده نشدند. بدین ترتیب از 1948 که اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر مورد تصویب قرار گرفت از سوی عالمان دینی و نختبگان فکری و سیاسی جوامع اسلامی مورد نقد و معارضه جدی قرار گرفت. مقاله حاضر که به شیوه توصیفی و تحلیلی نگارش یافته به دیدگاه علامه محمدتقی جعفری درباره حقوق بشر اسلامی و مقایسه آن با حقوق بشر غرب می پردازد.}, keywords_fa = {محمد تقی جعفری,حقوق بشر,حقوق بشر اسلامی,حقوق بشر غربی}, url = {https://www.pfbaj.ir/article_140834.html}, eprint = {https://www.pfbaj.ir/article_140834_8c8ab609873987a5be3ee7d313a78bff.pdf} }
