چکیده

تسهیلگری یا آموزش مشارکتی از روشهای نوین آموزشی محسوب می شود. هدف از آموزش حقوق بشر ترویج و حمایت از آن است.  این مقاله با مقایسۀ تطبیقی تسهیلگری و آموزش حقوق بشر نشان میدهد تسهیلگری مناسبترین روش برای آموزش حقوق بشر است. اصول آموزش حقوق بشر شامل ترویج ارزشهای حقوق بشری، احترام به تفاوتها و مخالفت با تبعیض، تشویق به تجزیه وتحلیل مسائل حقوق بشری، توانمندسازی برای شناسایی نیازهای حقوق بشری، توسعۀ ظرفیتهای طرف وظیفه، انطباق آموزش با ویژگیهای محلی، ترویج دانش و مهارت
حقوق بشر، مشارکت محوری، ترسزدایی و برقراری ارتباط میان محتوای آموزش و زندگی روزمره فراگیران در انطباق کامل با مؤلفه های روش تسهیلگری شامل برابری، مشارکت محوری، شنوندگی فعال، رعایت محرمانگی، ایجاد محیطی امن، احترام متقابل، محوریت تجربه های افراد و تجهیز متناسب مکان است.
