They say that the same problems and challenges have led to the non-realization of the rights of these people and as a result will open the way for the recurrence of the crime of a legal person. The crimes of legal persons are such that in many cases, due to the flaws of the law, the objections of the trial and the lack of protection of the victims of the crimes of legal persons, these persons are either not punished or a light punishment is considered for them and in some cases conviction. They face delays and a long trial, while the misdemeanors of these people will certainly not be less if they are not more than the crimes of a real person, so these people should definitely deserve a heavier punishment. The present study tries to identify and study these obstacles and challenges in a descriptive-analytical way and using library resources and to propose and provide solutions for them. بزه دیدگان جرایم اشخاص حقوقی در فرایند دادرسی کیفری، از طرح دعوی گرفته تا تعقیب، رسیدگی و اجرای حکم علیه اشخاص حقوقی با چالش های متعددی مواجه اند این بزه دیدگان جهت احقاق حق خود در دادرسی علیه شخص حقوقی با مشکلات و موانع تقنینی و دادرسی برخورد می کنند که همین مشکلات و چالش ها سبب عدم تحقق احقاق حقوق این افراد شده و در نتیجه راه را برای تکرار جرم شخص حقوقی باز خواهد گذاشت. جرایم اشخاص حقوقی به نحوی هستند که در بسیاری از موارد به دلیل نقص قانون، ایرادات دادرسی و عدم حمایت قانونگذار از قربانیان جرایم اشخاص حقوقی، این اشخاص یا مجازات نمی شوند و یا مجازاتی سبک برای آنها در نظر گرفته می شود و در مواردی نیز محکومیت آنها با تاخیر و روند طولانی دادرسی مواجه می شود در حالی که آثار سوء جرایم این اشخاص اگر بیشتر از آثار جرایم شخص حقیقی نباشد قطعاً کمتر نخواهد بود لذا این اشخاص یقیناً باید مستحق مجازات سنگین تری باشند. پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد به روشت نوصیفی – تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای به شناسایی و بررسی این موانع و چالشها بپردازد و در خصوص آنها اقدام به پیشهاد و ارائه راهکار نماید. https://www.pfbaj.ir/article_137359_38ab0bb41c4e96fc41f2f57b5c7ba724.pdf
