The interaction of the right to human health with the components of the right to the environment: Looking at international documents and procedures

Abstract
The right to health and the right to the environment are closely related. Having the right to health is a prerequisite for the right to life. The quality of the environment and the guarantee of the right to benefit from a healthy environment can be called the background of the extent to which humans benefit from the right to health and quality of life. In this article, an attempt has been made to analyze and evaluate the interaction between the right to health and the important components of the right to a healthy environment in the international human rights system. The basic question is how the relations between these two rights are formulated. The basic premise of this article in answering the question is that in the international human rights system, as well as some procedures, special attention has been paid to the interactions between the right to health and the right to the environment. In this regard, we will first discuss the relationship between these two rights and then explain the relationship between the right to health and the most important components of the right to a healthy environment, i.e. the right to clean air, the right to clean water, and the right to a peaceful environment.
