A comparative study of the concept of Justice in the lawyer institution from the perspective of Islam and contemporary human rights

Abstract
With the complexity of legal issues and the spread of bureaucracy in societies in order to establish justice, the urgent need for the institution of advocacy is felt more and more day by day. In fact the right of access to a chosen lawyer is one of the essential principles for realizing a fair trial, so that justice in societies finds its true meaning. With their expertise and expertise in legal issues, lawyers help people to achieve their rights and help judges to advance their goals in the course of proceedings. This research aims to investigate the concept of justice in the legal profession from the perspective of Islam and human rights by using descriptive-analytical method in a comparative manner and using library resources including available books and articles. Therefore the findings of the research are that the institution of advocacy has reached more evolution today and according to the principle of innocence, the right to access to a lawyer in Islam, in Islam and contemporary human rights, is recognized as one of the basic principles for the right to defense so that justice is not impaired, however, there are differences Although little is seen among Islamic teachings such as the book, tradition, reason, and human rights documents, sometimes there are restrictions and obstacles to access a lawyer to achieve justice.
