Abstract
Bioterrorism, as one of the methods of terrorism, is considered one of the challenges facing international law as a violation of human rights and a serious threat to human society. Because bioterrorism is sometimes used as biological weapons and sometimes as an efficient tool to assassinate political and social figures and can endanger the international community and human rights. In order to answer the main question of this research, what is the threat of bioterrorism on international law as a violation of human rights? An attempt was made, using the descriptive-analytical method, in the context of the relationship between the criminalization of bioterrorism and human rights, considering the right to security as one of the basic human rights and on the other hand, the duties of governments in supporting and protecting human life. The survival of the human race, health and global and public health in the framework of human rights as the main basis and backbone of the criminalization of bioterrorism in international documents have dealt with the issue of bioterrorism and with a specialized look at this crime in different dimensions, it is possible to take a new step to Towards the specialized criminalization of bioterrorism.
