Abstract

Operation "Al-Aqsa Storm" is considered a turning point in the conflicts between Palestine and the Zionist regime. After this operation, Israel committed an unprecedented war crime and genocide in the Gaza Strip, which many lawyers and analysts consider to be a clear example of the generation. Our hypothesis is that the United States of America facilitated and normalized the genocide of the people of Gaza by the Zionist regime with economic, political, media and legal support
