Security, as one of the most important public rights, has a special dignity and status, considering its impact on the individual and social situation of individuals in society. And since the theoretical and practical views of the leaders of any society have a great impact on the realization of public security, this study seeks to establish the public security rights in the jurisprudential and political thought of the Supreme Leader as an informed Islamologist, and a mujtahid who They have been in charge of the leadership and leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran for three decades with the aim of benefiting from the influential groups in establishing public security from His Holiness's wise and path-breaking perspectives.
This research has been done using the method of qualitative content analysis of the letters and orders of the Supreme Leader. The findings of this study indicate that his view of security based on the life-giving teachings of Islam, the Holy Quran and religious leaders is a general and comprehensive view that in this article: individual and human rights, social rights, the right to political security, the right to cultural security Ethical, the right to psychological security, the right to military security, the right to cyber security, the right to judicial security, the right to public economic security are examined according to His Holiness's intellectual system.
