Analysis of new approaches to supporting the inherent dignity of workers in light of the solidarity of human rights and labor rights

Abstract
Significant changes in economic and social structures resulting from globalization, the expansion of multinational corporations, and changing domestic patterns have posed fundamental challenges to the classical theoretical foundations of labor law. In classical labor, the inequality of power between workers and employers has been the basis for the formulation of protective rules, but the emerging complexities of the labor market, especially in the digital and informal economy, require a rethinking of the normative foundations of this field. In response to these challenges, two major issues have been raised in the relationship between labor law and human rights: first, a view that makes labor law a human right and that relies on the need to analyze the rights of the requirements of rights in the fundamental principles of human rights. and second, a view that, with a focus on collective solidarity and the protection of trade union rights, considers rights to be independent of the human system. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method, while criticizing and examining these two approaches, argues that human rights and labor rights do not only operate in conflict, but also that in combination, the capabilities of both systems can be used to ensure the protection of human dignity. Research studies show that combining the fundamental principles of human rights with labor rights protection mechanisms is an effective way to deal with contemporary labor market challenges and strengthen social justice in employer relations.
